Royal Geographical Society

The exhibition was installed in the Pavilion Gallery at the Royal Geographical Society from September 10th to October 1st 2015.

Opening hours: 10.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year).

Our main entrance for visitors is on Exhibition Road.

Public access: Exhibitions in the Pavilion and the Foyle Reading Room are both open to the public. The remainder of the building is not accessible, with the exception of public events open to non-members.

Members access: the Tea Room is open to members and Fellows for lunch from 12.30pm to 1.45pm.

Tube

South Kensington (Circle, District and Piccadilly Lines) – a 10 to 15 minute walk up Exhibition Road (beyond the Science Museum and Imperial College) to the Society.

Knightsbridge (Piccadilly Line) – a 15 minute walk along Kensington Road to the Society.

Lancaster Gate (Central Line) – a 15 to 20 minute walk across Hyde Park to the Society.

Bus

There are several bus routes which stop outside or within the vicinity of the Society building.
